Great hotel with amazing staff! Easy to check in! I would like to say thanks to Bojana! Girl from reception! She is professional and very pleasant! Rooms are really nice with coffee making machine. Small refrigerator and a nice little kitchen. Bathroom is great! And I loved the bed! Big and spacious! Great to get some rest! Hotel is located near the airport and near the metro station. Easy to get around! Will come back!

Very nice hotel and a fantastic value! Super close to the airport and nice size room! The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the place is absolutely spotless as well! They have a nice breakfast with some good options for everyone. We will stay here again anytime we are in Frankfurt.

Stayed here January 3rd 2024 with my wife and infant. The staff did everything to make us feel like at home. They provided a baby bed, a chair, all we needed for our little boy. The location is very convenient next to a supermarket which opens till 10pm. When I happened to break a glass bottle in the parking lot they were quick to help me clean it up even though I offered to do it myself. I could also charge my EV for a cheap fee of 0.35euro per kWh. The rooms were super clean and very modern with everything needed. For my future departures from Frankfurt I will gladly choose their hotel again. So happy with my stay here, thanks for making our last day in Germany enjoyable.

Appreciated the coffee & kitchen but too many problems to ever book again. There was no in-room phone & no WhatsApp # on website so that was a huge waste of time to search & finally go down in person for help. No phone is like having no front desk support at all. Shower leaked all over floor, door key issues made me wonder about security, cheap mattress, rock hard pillows, no temperature control. Turned it off completely, opened window & heard traffic all night so very little sleep. Very slow check-in as they are understaffed.

This was an incredibly convenient and reasonably priced hotel near Frankfurt Airport. Check in and check out were very efficient. The room was neat and tidy and had a nice bedroom, a small kitchen, a great bathroom, and an okay sofa bed. I’m taking a star off for the somewhat lumpy sofa with inadequate bedding. We could have gone downstairs to ask for more bedding (there was no phone to contact reception), but after we had already gone down to get a tv remote with no luck, we were too tired to go again. The 12 euro breakfast was very good and the 6 euro shuttle to the airport was great. We left the windows open at night for cool air and it wasn’t very loud at all. When we closed the windows, it was amazingly quiet. All in all, it was a great value.

Our first time we were greeted kindly. Our second time before we had even said anything we were greeted in an unusual way. No smiles and rude tone. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates. I believe the staff had the ability to be kind and help come to a resolution. Instead, we were denied altering the booking dates without paying fully for another room. I had already paid in full and there were rooms available. It would have been nice to be treated with some kindness and understanding , especially as we were returning customers. We won’t be staying here again.

I have visited Staycity twice and service always have been amazing. Rooms are clean, fresh, breakfast really goood and staff always very helpful. I was impressed with my last visit, when Bojana gave me such great and welcoming attitude! It was crazy and hectic day, a bit of stress due to fire alarm and queuing people. She approached everyone with beautiful genuine smile, even though it was almost end of her shift. Dear hotel Managers, please keep Bojana around, she’s great!
